Diego Misseroni

Diego Misseroni is an Associate Professor of Solids and Structural Mechanics at the University of Trento. In 2014, he was Marie Curie experienced researcher at the Department of Mathematical Sciences, University of Liverpool, UK. His research activity is in the field of the Mechanics of Solids and Structures, with a particular interest in designing, realizing, and testing architected materials, metamaterials, origami structures, and deformable systems with superior static and dynamic mechanical properties. Such innovative materials and structures have a broad range of applications in soft robotics, seismic engineering, medical devices, and solar-related technologies.
